We had two rooms on this trip, one of which was a swim out suite, you could jump into the pool right from the back door. The other was a platinum suite. Both of these rooms were really great and we had a lot of fun. The food was amazing with huge buggets and an incredible selection. The best food was at teh ala cartes, a japanese place and was really great. The resort seemed to me to be a little understaffed at tiems. We sill got all the service we needed but it would be nice to see the people a little less overworked. We loved the service at the pool even though there was only two people working but the snack food at the beach is not a mistake you'll make twice. Some people complained about the cheaper rooms saying that they should have upgraded. I liked the beach but it doesn't have anything on Punta Cana.
