Super experience we just got back staying from Sept 19th for one week. We got great service from Ryan using this website, would recommend him as he's a fellow rock climber and works hard. We opted for purchasing a cheaper room and then upgraded for less than what the upgraded room would have cost us paying in advance, thanks very much for Ryan's advice on that as well! They allowed us early check in and the staff is great. I'd say the food was the same on the buffett all the time but we didn't mind too much. Pool is great and well taken care of. If you go down the beach a little bit there's less foot traffic and it was more relaxing. This resort is also well taken care of as we couldn't find any areas that were not clean and everything in the resort is up to date, no old funiture. The people we met were awesome and the staff is great as well.

Make sure you check out 5th ave, and of course the tulum tours that they offer you at the resort cost more than if you go into town and find someone who will take you.
