The noise level at this hotel has been the largest complaint as the hotel is near the flight path on certain days of the week/weekend. This is a newly renovated hotel and so far everyone has been happy with the upgrades.

Guest can expect a strange sight when they first walk into this hotel as there is no traditional style front desk/lobby area. It's more of a kiosk with a staff member that helps you with your check in and questions with tours. This kiosk is open 24 hours a day.

 

This hotel is 100% smoke free. There are no rooms that allow smoking or pets.

 

Amerisuites is one of the most automated hotels you'll ever find. The bakery offers coffee and snacks with a wine and drinks bar that utilizes a 24 hour touch screen ordering system. You can either pay by using your room key or a credit card, if you pay with the room key you'll have to pay the balance on check out, somewhat like what you'll have to do on a cruise ship. Continental breakfasts and coffee is offered each morning free with your stay. You can expect fresh fruit, bagels, cereal, juice and StarBucks coffee.

 

You can expect free internet access at Amerisuites if you have a laptop that can connect to a wireless system, be careful about accessing your banking information on a system like this. They also have a 27 inch flat-screen TV that's free to use while you stay here, of course there are TVs in your room as well.

 

Guest Age Requirements: You must be at least 21 years old in order to make a booking and check in to this hotel.

 

For beds the Amerisuites offer a signature Grand Sealy Posturepedic mattress and high count triple sheeting with down blankets.

 

The TV in each room is a large 42 inch flat panel that can allow plug ins from laptops, DVD players and mp3 players. Free internet is available in all rooms here with both wireless and hard wired.
