We've grown from Vancouver Island and now include Vancouver. We started in 2008 online as www.vitw.ca and now operate through www.vancouvertravelwatch.com.
Why book with us?
1. Our agency has been in business since 1953. We're experienced and we love what we do, no outsourcing here.
2. We have default of supplier insurance so that if any company we offer goes out of business, we have you covered and there is no extra charge.
3. We don't believe in automated phone systems, when you call us you want to talk to us and not our electronic secretary. If you have a problem with your purchase you can get a hold of us and actually talk to someone without waiting on hold.
If you can purchase from us with no extra service fees why would you book with anyone else? We can price match and we're here to protect you if something goes wrong with your package. We have a limited number of clients compared to the big online guys and we like it that way, service should always come first.
